Second Chances come in many forms, we focus on primarily helping individuals apply for a Pardon in Pennsylvania. Mental health also plays a critical role in the lives of all those who are impacted by past mistakes.

Mission Statement

Pathways to Hope supports people impacted by the criminal justice system by facilitating their navigation of the Pennsylvania pardon process, a pathway long viewed as out of reach. Our work helps individuals reclaim their lives with dignity by expanding access to pardons, record clearing, and mental health support.

We remove barriers that limit progress and work with community leaders to educate and advocate for meaningful, positive change. Together with our community partners, we Keep Hope Alive and create real pathways to healing and second chances.
